Heal & Herb was born from my own journey of healing that has been rooted in faith, shaped by experience, and guided by a deep belief in the power of plants. As a Registered Nurse and Herbalist, I’ve seen how gentle, natural remedies can restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit.

My mission is to create trustworthy, gentle, yet effective herbal products using time-tested herbs, nourishing oils, and prayerful intentions. Every blend, whether tea, salve, or oil, is crafted in small batches, infused with prayer and purpose, and rooted in the belief that true healing comes from God and then nature.
